Welcome to My Blog...

Hi there! This is the page about me and anything that interests me. From latest issues to the personal events of my life, you will get a picture of what goes into the mind of a girl like me.

Another Tid-Bit...

My name is Jaymee and I got BS Nursing plastered into my diploma with a PRC license stapled to it. I am currently a stay-at-home-blogger-wanna-be trying to condition my body to prepare for the day that I will give birth to another human being that will soon take my place in making this world a crazy place to live.

All About Rings

Today I am in the mood of day dreaming about the glittery stuff that most of the girls go gaga with. I love jewelries. I can’t go out of the house without an earring, I feel empty or naked without one. I wear necklaces to compliment my outfit and I am one of those charm bracelets fanatics. Though at times I find it hard to buy bracelets because I have such a small wrist. When it comes to rings, for me it is a different story.

Among all the jewelry items, rings symbolizes a significant entity. On my stand, wearing a ring is not just a fashion statement, every ring on each finger signifies symbols. I am one of those sentimental fools. Placing a ring on the thumb will help boost your willpower. Wearing a ring on the index finger will help you boost authority, leadership and ambition. Putting a ring on your middle finger will help you add balance to your life. The ring finger, particularly on your left hand, is the perfect place for wedding rings, promise rings and engagement rings such as Tacori (this particular ring is my ultimate dream). It is worn on the left hand because the left ring finger have this vein called vena amoris which has a direct connection to the heart. Vena amoris is a latin word which means “vein of love”. I learned this from my professor when I was still in college. On the other hand, if you want to enhance relationships, wearing a ring in your little finger will help.

Whatever it is the reason for wearing a ring, may it be for betrothal to the giver of the ring and a commitment of faithfulness, just for fashion statement, or a way to show social status, wearing a ring can definitely make anyone look good.
