Hospital X or Hospital Y?

My training in hospital X is finished and i’ll just have to wait for their call if when will be my 1st day in work (as a staff nurse). On the other hand, i’m waiting for the call of hospital Y for the schedule of my training (for employment again). I’m so confused right now. I don’t know which hospital would i be in.

Hospital X is a tertiary hospital with 150 bed capacity. It is located in San Juan which is by the way far from our house. They offer a low salary yet with a demanding job. Their normal working shift is 12hours. But i’m definitely will be hired there.

Hospital Y is also a tertiary hospital located in E.Rodriguez Avenue Quezon, City. They offer a minimum salary but with lots of benefits. This hospital is also well-known compared to hospital X and it is nearer to our house than hospital X. But the thing is, i am still waiting for their call and i still have to undergo 1month training after which i have to pass the evaluation exam and an interview with the Vice President of Medical Affairs. In short, it is not definite if i would get hired there.

I have to think and pray hard for me to know which way to go. Wish me luck guyz!
