Salary Increase for Gov't Nurses

(Philippines) The Salary Standardization Law III is still pending in congress and i can’t wait for it to happen. This law will increase the salary of goverment nurses, doctors and other medical personnel ranging from 34 up to 69 percent starting next year.

I was happy to hear about this but then i realized that an increase in salary will also result to an increase in tax. I appreciate the fact that our government is doing this to lessen the numbers of nurses who go abroad to work. But if compared, salaries abroad is still higher. I will surely keep track on what will happen to this issue
