I know this is a controversial issue and some may judge me but as a Nurse, I know i’s my obligation to disseminate health related information. Emergency contraceptive pills, morning after pill, and sometimes called regret pill are drugs that prevent fertilization and/or ovulation. An example of this pill is the Nordette (levonorgestrel and ethinyloestradiol). It is available on mercury drug and you can actually buy this without prescription. It costs 133php so it’s sulit na sulit. Its a pack actually, consisting of 21 pills. Take 4  pills within 120 hours after unprotected sex and 4 more light-orange pills 12 hours later.
